The sale of products or services by Heidelberg Biolabs GmbH (hereafter referred to as "Heidelberg Biolabs" or “Supplier”) to business partners (hereafter referred to as “Client”) shall exclusively be governed by the “General Terms and Conditions of Heidelberg Biolabs GmbH” in the version respectively in effect at the time of the conclusion of each contract.
The products are shipped cooled at dry ice in Styrofoam box.
Shipping and handling will be charged extra on a per box basis.

Delivery times may differ for different products. Most products will be shipped within 5 working days after confirming the Client's order. Deviating delivery times will be communicated to the Client as fast as feasible.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are net and are subject to change without prior notice.
Unless specified otherwise, Client shall settle the invoice within thirty (30) days after receipt of the invoice.
Supplier remains the owner of products until the complete settlement of the corresponding invoice.
Client is responsible for sufficient insurance coverage and proper storage of goods during the period of retention of property.
Obvious defects of goods have to be claimed in writing within seven (7) days of receipt.
Visibly damaged packaging has to be claimed with the transport service during receipt of goods.
Client may send back goods delivered by the Supplier only with the permission of the Supplier
